  • Photography $399 Professional photography for your home, stand out from the crowd and obtain higher rental yields. Only required prior to advertising if no photos are pre-supplied or available.
  • Rental income paid monthly We pay you any rental amounts paid from the tenants for that calendar month deducting any bills, repairs and fess. Payments are processed on the 1st of every month.
  • Bi-annual tenant & landlord check-in Wether you prefer a phone call or email, we love to let you know whats going on with your property. We also give you an update what the other comparable properties are doing.
  • 30 - 45 Min Open for inspection Is 15 minutes really enough for your potential tenant to look through what they'll call home for at least the next 12 months? Give everyone ample time and opportunity to inspect your property!
  • Inventory & Condition Reports Don't pay extra for such services. We will never ask you to pay more for something that should be included!
  • Maintenance & Improvements We've created a system that reduces the time taken to action and complete a maintenance request's by 80%!   • Routine inspections For a new tenancy the first inspection is conducted within 6 weeks and the second inspection is conducted 6 months after the first. We provide a detailed inspection report with high quality photos and any notes requiring attention.
  • Annual rent reviews We make sure your property is being rented for the highest possible price all year round. We check comparative rentals and provide you with an update. As per legislation rental increases are only allowed annually on a periodic lease.
  • Online portal - 24/7 In real time Need to check last months rent or a statement for the last 6 months? No problem our portal gives you real time updates for payment information, maintenance updates, condition reports, managing agreements and so much more!
  • Monthly & Annual statements Don't keep chasing up your property manager for statements at tax time or every month. Our automated system takes care of this without a hitch.
  • Landlord insurance management On your behalf, we can obtain quotes and activate landlords insurance for your asset. In the unlikely event we will even manage your claims with constant updates!
